🍕 About the Job
Pizzeria Mungo is a small, hands-on crew. Everyone does a bit of everything. We’re looking for reliable people who take pride in their work, stay organized under pressure, and genuinely care about quality.
All team members, including Prep Cooks and Pizza Cooks, will be cross-trained to run the register, make pizzas to order tickets, and assist customers. Pay is $13-$15/hour + tips
🔹 Pizza Cook: $13-$15/hour + tips
Typical responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Stretching dough, building pizzas, and baking them to perfection
- Running the register and taking customer orders
- Keeping the front of house clean and welcoming
- Assisting with prep, restocking, dishes, and closing duties
Hours & expectations:
- Shifts are typically 4–8 hours within our operating hours of 10 AM – 11 PM
- Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred
- Must be 18 or older to operate kitchen equipment
🔹 Prep Cook: $13-$15/hour + tips
Typical responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Arriving early to prepare dough, sauces, and toppings
- Prepping ingredients accurately and efficiently
- Stretching dough, building pizzas, and baking them to perfection
- Running the register and taking customer orders
- Keeping the front of house clean and welcoming
Hours & expectations:
- Shifts are typically 4–8 hours, starting around 7 AM and ending between 11 AM – 4 PM, depending on the day
- Must be dependable and able to work independently in the morning
- Must be 18 or older
